Thank you for choosing Amani Forged for your wheel needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing clear, fair policies. Please review our return and warranty terms below.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Returns

• If the product is defective or damaged.
• If you receive the wrong item (incorrect model, size, finish, or specifications).
• For in-stock (non-custom) products, returns are also accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, fitment issues, or change of mind, subject to a restocking fee.

Return Costs & Restocking Fees

• If the return is due to our error (defect or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost, and you will receive a replacement or full refund after inspection.
• For in-stock (non-custom) items returned for reasons not caused by us, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Returned products must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built wheels are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered, unless defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email support@amaniforged.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our wheels and offer industry-leading warranty coverage:

Finish Warranty

• Covers cosmetic finish defects for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Does not cover damage caused by road debris, chemical cleaners, or improper maintenance.

Structural Warranty

• Covers structural integrity of the wheel for 10 years from the date of delivery.
• Does not cover damage due to misuse, impact, racing, or improper installation.

What’s Not Covered

• Cosmetic damage due to wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents, curbing, or off-road use.
• Improper mounting or use with incorrect tires or vehicles.

Shipping & Assembly Timeline

Each custom wheel order is built specifically for you. Please allow:

• 4–6 weeks for production, inspection, and assembly.
• 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions or manufacturing complexities. We will communicate any significant delays directly with affected customers.
